We require 50% deposit when making all bookings. This is via a secure PayPal link we will send you when we receive your booking form. This deposit is necessary due to customers not arriving for appointments and forgetting to cancel. If you need to cancel your appointment we will refund your deposit via PayPal if you give us 48 hours notice or more. Thanks for your understanding.

Grab / Gojek update: The village of Bangkiangsidem where we are located has recently banned online transport providers (Grab / Gojek) from picking up customers within the village. It is ok to be dropped off, but not picked up. This is not a decision made by Karsa Spa, and we understand many people like to use Grab or Gojek. To assist you to get home after your treatment we provide a free shuttle service from Karsa to our new spa Green Tara Spa located outside the village on the way to Ubud. You can organise your ride there and relax inside with a cool drink whilst you wait. Thanks for your understanding 🙏🏽💚.
