Grab / Gojek update: The village of Bangkiangsidem where we are located has recently banned online transport providers (Grab / Gojek) from picking up customers within the village. It is ok to be dropped off, but not picked up.

This is not a decision made by Karsa Spa, and we understand many people like to use Grab or Gojek. To assist you to get home after your treatment we provide a free shuttle service from Karsa to our new spa Green Tara Spa located outside the village on the way to Ubud. You can organise your ride there and relax inside with a cool drink whilst you wait. Thanks for your understanding 🙏🏽💚.

We are open 9am – 7pm. Our therapist like to get home to their families at night, and some need to travel up to an hour home, so we don’t stay open too late.

Please let us know as soon as possible so we can change / cancel your appointment. If you give us 48 hours notice we refund your full deposit via paypal, however if not 48 hours notice there is no refund.

Please email us as soon as possible ( within 24 hours) and tell us your name, date you came and anything you remember about your room / therapist. We find a lot of lost property & will communicate with you the best way to return it.
